    Nader stands for complete fitness. His passion is for exercise and food, believing that the combination of both can lead to total body transformation. Nader has been working as a personal trainer since 2005, perfecting his own “tough love” style of coaching. He has led many clients towards achieving personal fitness goals. Nader’s studies in personal training, bodybuilding, and culinary school has helped him develop programs to benefit his clients. Nader is a physique competition competitor, a published author, a reality TV chef, and has been featured in Ironman magazine.

    Nader offers what he believes is the total package of health and fitness.

    Peter Ngo has been in the health and fitness industry since 2003. In that time, he has consulted and worked alongside a wide array of trainers and therapist. Clients from all over the world ranging from the general population to celebrities and the competitive level athlete seek out training and therapy with Peter because of his expertise in the field of rehabilitation and strength & conditioning! Peter specializes in athletic recovery and rehabilitation from sports related injuries.

    Having competed as an athlete in powerlifting and brazilian jiu jitsu, he not only talks the talk, he walks the walk!

    I specialize in one-on-one training and I give that same precision and detail to members of the classes that I teach. With an extensive knowledge of the human body and how to apply it in any situation, I truly believe that the general population can benefit from more athletic exercises, and athletes can benefit from more fundamental one. It is the combination of both, as well as proper mobility, cardio, and nutrition that can help my clients unlock their true potential. Everyone has different backgrounds and goals, and I am a believer in lifelong fitness, but we are all looking for life changing results no matter what.
